Compensation Analyst (100% Remote)

Now hiring a Compensation Consultant Pay: $40h- $48hrLocation: 100% remoteEngagement: 6- 12 months Hours: Must work EST or CST hours Overview:This person will be working on a shared services compensation team that supports 5-6 different entities. They will be working with confidential information daily from a compensation standpoint, and will be working with a high volume of data through multiple systems. This company recently just implemented payfactors and also works with Workday as their HRIS/ERP system. This person will be running a lot of reports and analyzing a high volume of data when it comes to working through their survey data and comp matches. With the recent implementation of Payfactors they recently just did a mass data upload into the system. They currently need someone go in and essentially audit that data, and look for anomalies when salary and pay ranges are not aligning correctly. From there they will take the proper steps to correct the data and ensure its it being uploaded into the tool correctly. They will also help with the documentation of processes for payfactors and the survey data moving forward. They will work with market pricing data, and also will help with data audits to ensure compliance. Job Duties:

Collect and analyze compensation data, including salary surveys, market trends, and internal pay structures.

Participation in salary surveys.

Utilize and extract data from a market pricing tool.

Assist in the documentation and implementation of compensation programs and policies.

Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Assist with preparing reports and presentations, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support compensation-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

3+ years in a role that was data analysis driven.

Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related field. Must have strong Excel skills.
