They provide timely liquidity to the depository institutions within our district while following the appropriate Federal Reserve System guidance and operating procedures. They take and process loan and payment requests from depository institutions, analyze lending activity, and ensure the collateral pledged to FRB Dallas is managed appropriately. Additionally, they may serve on Federal Reserve System and local projects and workgroups.You Will:

Assist in the operation, administration, reporting, and compliance of Discount Window activities

Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide briefings to department management

Communicate with external depository institutions regarding routine Discount Window questions, loan and payment requests, and collateral deposit and withdrawal activity

Periodically travel to complete Borrower-in-Custody collateral reviews

Assist in the operation of emergency lending programs such the Paycheck Protection Program Liquidity Facility (PPPLF) and Bank Term Funding Program (BTFP)

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, related field, or equivalent work experience

2-4 years of financial analysis or equivalent credit risk management experience focused on financial institution analysis

Working knowledge of general credit, lending, and collateral management principles and practices

Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet and income statements and the proficiency to summarize them or develop this skill over time

2 years of data analysis experience using SQL and Tableau to pull, analyze, and report on data is preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare or assist more senior staff in preparing briefings for management

Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements
