The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Business, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Develops and designs system solutions of a high complex nature. Formulates and defines project scope by analyzing project objectives, system capabilities and limitations, user needs and Company goals.
Document business data models to support business requirements.
Deliver precise functional specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to business users and development staff.
Researches, analyzes and documents business and user requirements. Translates requirements into business systems specifications by applying systems knowledge and professional expertise.
Use sql and reporting tools to test and validate data issues.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Oversee the life cycle of changes to business systems and processes, and prepare detailed status reports for executive management
Must have skills/ experience: 5+ Years experience as a Business Analyst.
Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
Experience with SDLC including creating test case scenarios and UAT.
Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
Ability to write SQL queries to validate, test and troubleshoot data.
