Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist for a temporary 3–6-month opportunity to join our energetic world class America's Recruitment Team. This role is a Remote Position based in the United States.As a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist at AECOM you will deliver "best in class" talent acquisition sourcing which includes candidate and market research, candidate identification, project management, data mining, candidate outreach and development.Responsibilities:

Deliver the best sourcing experience for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and our business leaders

Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies for each role.

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods.

Utilize Boolean search techniques, advanced internet research, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.

Develop candidate pipelines, market intelligence reports, and become an expert in our ATS/CRM (SmartRecruiters)

Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of candidate pipelines.

Guide our Talent Acquisition staff to advise them of trends, best practices, and market fluctuations

Act as a liaison between AECOM Talent Acquisition and external vendors

Build relationships with various stakeholders to deliver a focused approach to sourcing prospective candidates to achieve consistency, efficiency, and the best quality hires

Proactively communicate with all stakeholders

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing and recruitment.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Previous experience building multi-channel, candidate pipelines supporting multiple business lines and positions.

Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.

Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent.

Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Development of Recruiting Strategies.

Proficient utilizing MS office.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
