Yes, you need to have passed the BCBA exam. Communication, professionalism, warmth, reliability, and the ability to build meaningful relationships are much harder to teach.If that sounds like you, we'd like to talk.What Makes This Opportunity DifferentThis is not a high-volume BCBA position built around carrying an overwhelming caseload.The organization believes BCBAs should have the time and flexibility necessary to provide excellent clinical care.Position Highlights:Very manageable caseload, generally around 4 clientsMaximum caseload of approximately 7 clientsHybrid flexibility with the potential to work remotely approximately 2.5 to 3 days per weekProvide services in clients' homes and collaborate closely with parents and caregiversDevelop and oversee individualized treatment plansSupervise and support behavior techniciansConduct caregiver trainingMonitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisionsSupportive leadership that emphasizes clinical quality over volumeBecause services are provided in the home, candidates should be comfortable supporting young children and families across a range of behavioral and adaptive-living needs, including sensitive areas such as toileting and personal-care programs.Who We're Looking ForYou may be an experienced BCBA, or you may be earlier in your BCBA career and looking for an organization where you can continue developing clinically.We're especially interested in someone who is:Personable and an excellent communicatorComfortable interacting directly with parents and familiesDependable and accountable when working independentlyCollaborative and team-orientedConfident without having an egoFlexible and willing to jump in when neededPassionate about providing high-quality ABA servicesAble to build genuine rapport with children, parents, and coworkersFor this organization, personality and cultural fit matter just as much as the résumé.QualificationsCurrent BCBA certificationTexas LBA or eligibility for Texas licensureExperience working with children and families preferredStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide in-home services throughout the Fort Worth areaTimingThe organization is planning ahead and would ideally like to have the right BCBA in place in late 2026.They're not interested in rushing the process simply to fill a position.
