We Need a Leader.A growing, privately owned ABA organization in the Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced BCBA for a Clinical Director / BCBA leadership position.This role is part clinical leader, part coach, part project manager, and part problem solver.We're looking for someone who can keep a clinical team moving, maintain exceptionally high standards of care, hold people accountable, and personally step in when the team needs help.If you prefer waiting for someone to tell you what needs to be done, this probably isn't the position for you.If you naturally take ownership, solve problems, communicate directly, and make the people around you better, we'd like to talk.Lead & Manage the BCBA TeamYou'll help oversee the day-to-day clinical workload of the organization's BCBAs and ensure important clinical deliverables don't fall through the cracks.Responsibilities include:Reviewing BCBA client workloadsEstablishing and monitoring clinical deadlinesEnsuring treatment plans and updates are completed accurately and on timeMonitoring development of clinical materials and programmingHelping BCBAs prioritize responsibilitiesMaintaining accountability across in-person and remote workSupporting clinicians when challenges ariseCreating a culture of communication, ownership, and follow-throughHandle Clinical OverflowGrowth doesn't always happen according to a convenient schedule.The Clinical Director will help bridge those gaps by:Assisting with new clients while additional BCBAs are being hiredTemporarily absorbing cases when necessaryProviding clinical coverage during staffing transitionsHelping build new caseloadsEnsuring families continue receiving high-quality care during periods of growth or changeOwn Quality ControlThis organization takes the quality of its clinical services seriously.The Clinical Director will remain connected to what is actually happening with clients rather than managing exclusively from behind a desk.The goal will be to visit at least one client per BCBA each week when practical to:Maintain familiarity with clients and familiesEvaluate treatment qualityObserve clinical implementationIdentify potential problems earlyEnsure parents receive excellent communication and supportMaintain consistently high clinical standardsThe Person We're Looking ForCredentials matter, but they aren't enough for this position.We're looking for someone with exceptional:LeadershipCommunicationAccountabilityClinical judgmentOrganizationInitiativeReliabilityEmotional intelligenceAbility to build trust with employees and familiesYou should be comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary while still being someone your team respects and wants to work with.Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership rather than saying, "That's not my job."QualificationsCurrent BCBA certificationTexas LBA or eligibility for Texas licensureStrong ABA clinical backgroundLeadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience strongly preferredExcellent organizational and project-management skillsAbility to manage competing clinical prioritiesStrong interpersonal and family-communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate directly with executive leadershipThe OpportunityThis is an opportunity for the right BCBA to have a meaningful voice in how a growing clinical operation develops rather than simply becoming another employee inside a large corporate structure.The organization is willing to wait for the right person.If you're a strong clinician who also has the personality, leadership presence, accountability, and drive to build a great clinical team, we'd like to hear from you.All inquiries will be handled confidentially.
