The Early Careers Program Manager will assist in the design, implementation, and management of our early careers programs, including internships, co-op placements, and entry-level hiring initiatives. This role is essential in attracting and nurturing early-career talent to support the organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or program coordination, with a passion for developing young professionals and a keen interest in building relationships with educational institutions.Key Responsibilities:
Program Support and Coordination:
Assist in developing and refining early careers programs, including onboarding, mentorship, and performance tracking.
Coordinate logistics for internships and entry-level programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
Candidate Attraction:
Support the development and execution of strategies to attract early-career candidates through campus recruitment events, career fairs, and online campaigns.
Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team to promote the organization’s employer brand to early-career talent.
Partnership Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to create a steady pipeline of candidates.
Participate in campus recruitment activities and represent the company at relevant events.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by assisting in the management of communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Gather feedback from program participants to identify areas for improvement and enhance future programs.
Mentorship and Development:
Help organize mentorship opportunities for early-career hires by connecting them with experienced professionals within the organization.
Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs tailored to the needs of early-career employees.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Support initiatives to ensure diversity and inclusion within early careers programs.
Monitor and report on diversity metrics within the programs.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of program participants and track key metrics, such as conversion rates and retention.
Assist in preparing reports for leadership on the progress and outcomes of early careers programs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or program coordination, preferably with a focus on early-career or campus recruitment.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and educational institutions.
Basic project management skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
