(https://www.linkedin.com/company/everon-solutions)Position Summary:Provide operational project management for the National Accounts Installation Division through planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing aspects of projects. Manage small to large projects for various system types include Fire systems. The Project Manager II is responsible during the project timeframe for determining needs and scheduling people and resources effectively. The Project Manager II will appropriately plan and schedule work and manage projects to ensure completion of projects scope on-time, within budget, and with quality. The Project Manager II will engage in the appropriate customer interactions and engage other stakeholders as needed for customer interactions and provide appropriate project communications. The Project Manager II will be required to handle multiple projects at any given time, all with varying schedules, scopes of work, staffing levels, and requirements.This position will work closely with other groups such as the Field Delivery organization, Account Managers, Engineering, Subcontractor Management, Technical Solutions Group, General Contractors, and other groups as needed.Duties:

Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using principles, methods, and standard techniques that are appropriate for the specific project.

Proactively communicates project requirements to project team and wider stakeholders as and when required and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.

Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Develop appropriate planning documents including project plans, scope documents, SOW’s, charters, Execution Playbooks, etc. Reviews requirements to determine scope, effort, schedule, time frame, funding requirements, staffing requirements, allotment of available resources to various phases of the projects, and metrics.

Develop appropriate sub-plans such as a communications plan, quality assurance plan, resource plan, procurement plan, deployment plan, etc.

Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.

Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budget.

Establish pricing agreements with subcontractors.

Review and manage contracts with General Contractors or Customer.

Establish project milestones and analyze costs; utilizes financial systems to review actual versus estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine impact on the project; adjusts or corrects project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.

Manage the Monitoring and Controlling aspects of a project including issue/risk identification and resolution, change management, reporting and internal/external communication, financial management, metrics, etc.

Identify, document, and prioritize project change requests and facilitate approval process. Re-plan as necessary based on changes.

Set and manage expectations with resource manager(s) and team member(s) regarding allocation to the project and performance expectations.

Ensure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control mechanisms are in place and adhered to.

Execute project closeout activities including turnover to appropriate operations teams.

Manage project resources effectively.

Follow-up and report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.

Leads the definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.

Strong financial analytical skills including cost control

Generate new techniques, ideas and solutions that can improve delivery quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Identifies lessons learned and shares with organization.

Support other groups as needs arise.

Performs other duties as assigned

Prepare formal correspondence in response to customer’s questions or concerns. Handle escalated customer calls as needed.

Advanced Domain knowledge/expertise in the commercial security industry

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Demonstrated proficient level of history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects, large complex projects, long-duration and high dollar value projects.

Intermediate technical understanding of electronic security industry.

Ability to organize, plan, and set priorities and work in a highly deadline-oriented environment.

Strong organization and matrix management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships.

Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions. Solid conflict resolution skills

Strong knowledge of sales, installation, billing, and monitoring systems which assist managing National Accounts.

Advanced skills in the application of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.

Intermediate MS Office and Project skills.

Maintain knowledge of industry and company operations.

Upgrade and/or enhance supervisory skills by participating in available classes, training, and seminars continuously.

Ability to travel as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

5+ years of relevant experience in the alarm industry and Project Management (or equivalent)

Alternative combination of education and experience.

Advanced electronic security industry knowledge

Construction experience preferred

CSPM or PMP certification preferred
