Join us as we continue to innovate, inspire, and make history in the world of aerospace and defense.What You Will Be DoingAs the F-35 International Production Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers to support global co-producers in achieving production excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing guidance and oversight across multiple areas of assembly and operations, including Assembly, EMAS, Final, Flight Line, Finishes, RCS, and Flight Operations. Managing the review and incorporation of major and minor engineering changes, workarounds, tooling modifications, and manufacturing plans. Offering technical expertise in build processes, training, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing system procedures. Ensuring global co-producers can effectively access and interpret technical data through platforms like PDM, JEDI, SQM, and JDL. Driving a culture of continuous improvement across assembly, testing, final finish, and flight line operations. Collaborating with international partners, requiring flexibility and an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives. Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Production Engineering, Corrective Action, &/or Assembly Operations experience. Engineering change integration experience.Desired Skills: Knowledgeable of tooling, planning and manufacturing methods applied within the F35 build process. Knowledgeable and possess experience performing and managing producibility and affordability improvements. Knowledgeable of manufacturing engineering processes. Knowledgeable of LM Aero Corrective Action and Tooling processes and systems. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at the executive level. Knowledge of a foreign language or previous expatriate/international work experience is a plus. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
