Day Porter Job Description
1. Responsible for outside appearance of assigned shopping centers to include litter on parking lotssidewalks and landscaped areas of property
2. Maintain all dumpster corralsareas to insure they are free of trash and litter
3. Clean exterior windows and sills of all vacant units of properties
4. Seasonal spraying for weed control on hard surfaces of properties
5. Report all safety issues on properties to Maintenance Manager
6. Requires travel to within Forth Worth and the surrounding communities
7. Service truck, fuel and tools provided
Requirements
Valid class C Drivers Licenses
Pass drug screening upon request
Ability towork in inclement weather (Rain, cold and excessive heat)
