In this role, you will support development of Cyber tools and integrate and deploy new software solutions. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of software development, integration and deployment. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.   • Digital Thread Engineer Location: Fort Worth, TX 12 month contract Job ID: #69880 Pay Range: $85-115 The Digital Thread Engineer is responsible for supporting Digital Engineering Ecosystem development in support of the Future Vertical Lift programs. You will work across the programs to prioritize, conceptualize, prototype, and implement solutions that facilitate data and system integrations, automations, and analytics across various Bell data source systems. The Digital Thread Engineer will be an integral part of the overall IPT structure, working closely with customers and subcontractors to ensure stakeholder requirements are met. What you’ll be doing as a Digital Thread Engineer: -Collaborate across all program teams (including, but not limited to, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, product support, airworthiness, and data management) at a technical level to identify, elaborate, prototype, and implement digital engineering capabilities, including analytical tools, automations, visualizations, and data and system integrations. -Leverage understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage data in new and valuable ways. -Document and communicate approach to ensure alignment across teams. -Provide status updates for major program milestones. -Coordinate across program integrated project teams, Bell IT, and vendors.
