Description We are offering a contract for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records using your skills in SAP, Accounts Payable, and Invoice Processing. Responsibilities: Process a substantial volume of invoices on a daily basis Efficiently carry out the two-way matching process Manage and maintain accurate records of customer credit Utilize SAP for various accounting tasks, demonstrating strong proficiency Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of accounts payable Execute check runs to keep up with payment schedules Adapt to various situations and tasks in the role Utilize skills in coding invoices to ensure accurate allocation of costs Use Opentex for invoice processing when necessary, though not a mandatory requirement.
