Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Houston, Texas. The individual will play a crucial role in the financial department by handling accounts payable duties. This role is critical to maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth operations within our company.Responsibilities: Facilitating the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable Maintaining precise records of all accounts payable transactions Resolving inquiries relating to accounts payable in a timely manner Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions when necessary Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial tracking Coding invoices accurately to ensure proper record-keeping Leveraging Great Plains (GPAC) software for accounts payable management.
