Description We are seeking a Digital & Social Coordinator based in Houston, Texas. This role involves managing digital and social media assets, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets, and overseeing various digital channels in a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage the creation, approval, and delivery of digital assets such as emails, SMS/MMS, website updates, and social media assets. Coordinate the sharing of assets for local use and handle delivery of Product Detail Page (PDP) assets for new launches and existing products. Oversee the production, review, and delivery of creative assets for North America and international partner sites. Maintain processes for digital and social asset requests through project management tools. Manage the content creation, timelines, and workflow for our blog. Oversee the production of creative assets for external digital channels. Ensure timely status reporting of all global digital and social assets. Use various digital tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Facebook Insights, and Google+ to manage and track digital and social media campaigns. Participate in campaign planning and execution to increase brand awareness. Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital and social media campaigns. Requirements Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva is necessary Familiarity with database management is required Experience with Facebook Insights and Google+ is preferred Ability to create and manage advertisements is a must Knowledge of analytics, blogging, and brand awareness is necessary Proficiency in campaign planning is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required Knowledge of current digital and social media trends and technologies Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills.
