Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Help Desk Analyst to become a part of our team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing support related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide assistance for issues related to Android Development Handle inquiries related to Cisco Technologies, acting as the first point of contact Support the use of Citrix Technologies within the organization Offer guidance and troubleshooting for Mac Computers Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft technologies in the work environment Manage Active Directory operations and maintenance Assist in the use and troubleshooting of Apple Devices Perform tasks related to Computer Hardware, ensuring optimal performance Oversee Configuration Management, implementing changes as necessary Manage the deployment of new systems and updates. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and solve issues. Strong knowledge of Cisco Technologies, including network setup and maintenance. Extensive experience with Citrix Technologies and their application in various IT environments. Familiarity with Mac Computers and their operating systems. Ability to effectively use Microsoft software, including Office Suite and Windows. Experience in managing Active Directory, including user accounts and access controls. Proficiency in handling Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and software updates. Comprehensive understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues. Experience in Configuration Management, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and securely. Proven track record in managing Deployments, including software updates and new installations.
