Description We are searching for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, located in Houston, Texas. The role will primarily involve the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of multiple concurrent projects. The Project Manager/Sr. Consultant will be responsible for defining project objectives and scope, overseeing quality control throughout the project’s life cycle, and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects/products according to plan. Responsibilities: Initiate, plan, design, execute, monitor, control, and close multiple concurrent projects Define the project objectives and scope for each phase of the project Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle Acquire and manage resources, coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects/products according to plan Demonstrate leadership qualities, including flexibility and adaptability to change Manage the project cost of projects, including planning, budgeting, funding, coding invoices, forecasting, managing, and controlling costs Organize, conduct, and attend meetings with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate all levels of project planning Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers, managing expectations, presenting, and interfacing with stakeholders Work with third-party integration teams to coordinate integration and testing Create and maintain relationships across the organization Use Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Active Directory, MS Project skills Requirements Must possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco Technologies Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required Familiarity with Database management systems is essential Must be adept at Agile Scrum methodologies Understanding of Budget Processes is necessary Must have experience with Active Directory Proficiency in MS Project is essential Prior experience in the Energy/Natural Resources industry is preferred Proven track record in project management and consultancy is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills are required Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Must have a problem-solving mindset and be able to make sound decisions in a timely manner Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Must adhere to all company policies and regulations Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, higher qualification or certification would be a plus.
