Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational tasks, exhibit punctuality, and demonstrate reliability. This role involves managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating plans, and overseeing various administrative duties such as email correspondence and running errands to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization: Maintain and organize the CEO's schedule, files, and documents.

Punctuality: Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Reliability: Perform duties consistently with a high level of responsibility and dependability.

Phone Call Management: Screen and manage phone calls, take messages, and direct calls as necessary.

Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.

CRM Management: Oversee the CEO’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain accurate and current records.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including drafting correspondence, managing emails, and preparing reports.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Proven experience in a similar position preferred.

Skills:

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
