Law office of Cogdill Nichols Rein Wartelle Andrews, a firm of long-standing in Everett, seeks to hire a bookkeeper. The position is full time, with some flexibility for remote work. Successful candidates will have substantial experience in bookkeeping in general, including handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers, and other normal and customary aspects of office bookkeeping. Prior experience with law firm trust accounts is preferred, but not required. Prior experience with the TABS bookkeeping program is also preferred, but not required. The firm provides paid time off, covers the employee's full medical, dental and vision insurance premiums, and provides contributions for employees to a profit-sharing plan.
