Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator based in Seattle, Washington. This role will be instrumental in the planning and execution of events, with a strong emphasis on budget management and coordination across various platforms such as ADP - Financial Services, BeOS, Chef, CRM, and Crystal Reports. The Event Coordinator will also be expected to efficiently manage calendars, catering services, and ensure smooth communication across all teams involved. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage events from conception to completion Liaise with vendors and caterers to ensure all event needs are met Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial management and budgeting of events Maintain and manage event calendars using CRM and About Time tools Utilize Chef and BeOS systems in the planning and execution of events Create and distribute Crystal Reports to track event progress and outcomes Handle all communication related to event planning and execution Ensure all events adhere to predetermined budget processes Coordinate catering services for events as required Manage all aspects of event coordination, including logistics, attendee registration, and post-event evaluations. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required Demonstrated experience with BeOS Knowledge and practical application of Chef Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Proficiency in Crystal Reports Prior experience with About Time software Understanding of Budget Processes Proficiency in Calendar Management Experience in Catering, preferably within an event context Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience in Event Coordination Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
