Brand new restaurant in the heart of downtown Mercer Island is now seeking all Back of House positions to join our founding team. A distinctively elevated neighborhood restaurant with unreasonable hospitality serving New American cuisine and classic craft cocktails, Allister, is a woman-owned business currently being developed with a planned opening in late July/early August. We are creating a beautiful space that is thoughtfully designed with careful attention to details in an environment that will foster community through service and the craft of food with dedication you can see, feel, and taste!
