Union, Capital Hill’s popular Gay Bar is hiring a Full Time experienced Line Cook / Back of House team member. We are a high volume bar with a popular food menu. We are looking for a cook with open availability, a passion for food, American bar food experience, and experience handling a fast paced enviroment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
This is an opportunity to work at an established business with stability. Must maintain a clean work space, have pride in your work and have strong work ethic. Be an independent thinker that operates as a team players with a guest first approach.
Full Time Position available but for the right experienced candidate we will consider a Part Time roll.

Kitchen open hours Monday - Friday 4PM - 10pm. Saturday & Sunday 12PM - 10pm shifts start 1 or 2 hours before service
Responsibilities include: line cook, prep, dishwashing, inventory counting, food safety, sanitation, strong communication, strong independent worker, and strong team worker. Self motivated and takes ownership of your work and department are excellent skills to poses.
