Office Manager
Residential construction and remodeling business is seeking a highly organized individual, with exceptional attention to detail, to join our team.
Office Manager Duties:
Provide consistent, reliable support for business operations
Create, maintain, and organize business procedures
Oversee staff, HR, hiring, and benefits
Assist Executive Leadership
Bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable
Preferred skill set:
Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Must have go-getter and positive attitude. Being a creative thinker/problem solver is a real benefit to this position.
Easy to work with, ability to build positive relationships and rapport with vendors at major distribution centers.
Great relationships go a long way!
Must be able to manage stress and unknown situations with grace under pressure.
HR and Office Management experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, a willingness to work hard, and be trustworthy. We work four 10 hour days, Monday through Thursday 7am to 5:30pm.
