Our neighborhood physical therapy clinic is in need of a temporary front desk coordinator to cover reception duties for 2 weeks: February 12-16 and 20-23.
The duties include:
- Greet patients
- Answer phones and email
- Schedule patient appointments
- Collect patient payments
- Basic office organizing
There is some flexibility to start/end time, but this would be full time hours for the 2 week period. The clinic is open from 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday, and we will be closed Monday the 19th.
If you are looking for a long-term position in this field and this trial is a good fit, there is a possibility to continue with part time hours in the future.
