The Property Manager Assistant will assist with schedule coordination, maintaining accurate property records, data entry, application screening, and communication with tenants, along with general administrative duties and reception backup. As a property manager’s assistant, you will also assist with property inspections and marketing of properties. Strong customer service and organizational skills are a requirement, and property management experience is a plus, reliable transportation is necessary. Applicant should have good communication skills, have strength in both written and verbal skills, be capable of working on their own and as a part of the team, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Punctuality and dependability are a must - a good sense of humor and a positive attitude are a plus!
Required Qualifications:
Min. of one year of administrative support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Scheduling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to switch tasks and prioritize
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Willingness to take initiative and self-motivated
Professional appearance

Full-time position M-F 8:00-5:00 / pay based on experience $18-$20/hr DOE, we offer sick and vacation pay, and paid holidays along with mileage reimbursement.
