Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Project Coordinator to work with our growing team in Spokane. The ideal candidate will be a team player, organized, and have strong communication skills.Responsibilities:Manage schedule to ensure deliverables and tasks are completed with quality and on time.Prompt attendance to meetings and events; Manage project documentation and deliverables.Professional and prompt communication in person, during presentations, in meetings and emails or messaging.Using a problem-solving mindset, collaborate with other employees, project team mates, clients, various internal and external project stakeholders, and various departments including Finance, Procurement, Security and Legal.Assist in monitoring and documenting project progress, reporting, and key performance indicators.Assist in documenting meetings, managing project documents, and perform overall document control duties as required.Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.Conduct data analysis and prepare reports; Summarize findings in clear and concise reports.Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.Help maintain data quality standards by identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with other team members to establish data quality protocols.Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis.Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
