Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation.

Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case.

Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.

Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning, and refines the business case.

Meets with leadership to gain approval.

Provides implementation direction for work authorization.

Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.

Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.

Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn, Washington.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years related work experience, or equivalent combination

5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

3+ years of experience identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and communicating environment health and safety risks associated with real property or business transactions

5+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

Typical Education/Experience:Senior (Level 4):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.   • Summary Serves as Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the ATO; Air Traffic Services; Western Service Area, Seattle District Office, responsible for planning and directing multiple activities and programs in a complex matrix organization in a specific Air Traffic District assigned to the highest facility-level within the Seattle District. The AGM shares full managerial responsibility and authority, reporting to the General Manager (GM) and acts in the absence of the GM, as required. Responsibilities Applies extensive knowledge/experience in management of terminal/enroute air traffic facilities to integrate air traffic operations, support services and administrative programs to advance the tactical use of concepts and technologies to achieve the strategic goals of ATO and FAA. Ensures that all district operational and support plans are integrated w/the operational philosophy of the ATS directorate at all levels. Provides input and guidance on policies, standards, and procedures as regards to all district activities, to ensure the safe, secure and efficient use of airspace.
