JOB SUMMARYUnder general supervision, provides a variety of clerical support services for TGA, such as providing specialized, technical or program-specific information. Provides outstanding front-facing customer service to all patrons/employees entering the TGA/Licensing area. Assists Licensing Investigators with licensing needs for vendors, employees, and potential employees of the gaming properties. MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis list is intended only to illustrate the various types of work that may be performed. Supports the Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming Agency by providing agency/commission specific information regarding established polices/procedures to internal and external customers via telephone, in-person, or in writing.

Assists the vendor licensing investigator with vendor applications, vendor data, and various other aspects of the vendor licensing process.

Provides outstanding in-person, telephonic, and electronic customer service at all times.

Perform moderate numerical calculations involving cashiering, in addition to accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry.

Refers various internal/external customer concerns regarding the licensing process to the appropriate department and/or individual.

Composes Agency signage and notifications for physical and electronic distribution and posting.

Inventories, and distributes supplies and/or equipment.

Basic receptionist duties to include answering a multi-line phone system, transferring calls to the appropriate party, taking messages and leaving voicemails when necessary.

Performs light routine maintenance on various office and Agency equipment such as the photocopier, coffee machine and soda fountain.

Assists outside agencies when appropriately requested to provide background information regarding current or previous vendor applicant background investigations.

Records, ships, and tracks incoming and outgoing parcels for shipment/delivery. Sorts and distributes both internal and external mail to the appropriate individuals.

EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR POSITIONRequired:Graduation from a high school or equivalent and three (3) years of experience in an office/administrative environment. One (1) year of bookkeeping and/or financial submissions experience. Preferred:Experience with NAV data entry software. Special Requirements: Incumbents must be able to pass a background investigation; meet the criteria for a gaming license and pass a pre-employment drug test.   • Summary Serves as Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the ATO; Air Traffic Services; Western Service Area, Seattle District Office, responsible for planning and directing multiple activities and programs in a complex matrix organization in a specific Air Traffic District assigned to the highest facility-level within the Seattle District. Applies experience in managing and directing air traffic operations and/or support activities to maintain close connectivity w/field facility operations and support activities throughout the District. Responds to stakeholder concerns by focusing on systemic issues, professionalism, training, and system efficiency. Applies a comprehensive understanding of the principles of management and strategic planning to plan, direct, coordinate, evaluate and manage the operational and support activities of a highly technical matrix organization consisting of ATMs and SMs. Works on complex projects and programs based on the objectives of the organization along w/the GM. Responsible for strategic and tactical planning, communicating the organization’s vision/objectives, setting priorities, coaching, and developing staff and organizational capabilities. Solicits feedback from the SMs and ATMs on shared responsibilities for safety, efficiency and a systems approach in the performance of the NAS. Assists the GM as the focal for labor-management relations, civil rights, legal and security issues in consultation w/all Staff Offices.
