Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Properly respond to written discovery requests
Draft pleadings
Draft motions as needed
Qualified candidates must have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Unlawful Detainers
Stay up to date on legal authorities and case law
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
Admission to the California Bar
Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam
