Description We are in search of an organized, diligent and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our client's growing team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions in the organization. This includes processing transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining records.Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports.
Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies.
Handle bookkeeping and following accounting best practices.
Process accounts payables and receivables as needed.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
Verify that transactions are recorded correctly by checking documents such as receipts, payables, etc.
Requirements
Qualifications:
An Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of relevant accounting software.
Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
