Description We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Healthcare industry in San Diego, California. In this important role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and collections within our team, contributing to the financial health of our operations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee and execute the billing process in a timely and accurate manner. Handle B2B collections effectively and professionally. Update and maintain comprehensive aging reports regularly. Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment issues. Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data and perform financial analysis. Leverage knowledge of QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Apply cash applications procedures to manage incoming payments. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate record keeping. Use Salesforce for customer relationship management and data tracking. Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on-time. Requirements Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts receivable (AR) procedures Demonstrable experience in billing and cash applications Prior experience with cash collections and commercial collections Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP Familiarity with healthcare or NHS industry is preferable Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferable.
