Description We are seeking a Property Administrator to be part of our team in the Real Estate & Property industry located in San Francisco, California. This role involves a range of duties including managing property inquiries, conducting tenant interviews, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in marketing efforts. This position presents a contract employment opportunity with the potential for long-term engagement.Responsibilities: Address and manage incoming calls in a courteous manner Provide a warm welcome to applicants, residents, and vendors upon their visit Assist in marketing initiatives such as distributing marketing materials and tracking marketing efforts Conduct tours of the units for prospective tenants Ensure rental applications are filled out completely and accurately Support the Community Manager in entering pre-applications into the waitlist software system Initiate calls to applicants on the waitlist for vacant units and track all responses Assist the Community Manager with scheduling certification appointments and collecting all relevant data to process applicant certification Initiate the application background screening and approval process Receive and complete resident work orders while maintaining the Work Order Logbook Prepare and deliver general notices for the Community Manager as needed Collect rent payments and security deposits under the supervision of the Community Manager Store all relevant documentation into resident files Coordinate resident social functions and communications Perform other job duties as required If you're interested in this position, please apply to this position and contact Nick Mussman at nick.mussman - at - roberthalf - .com with your word resume and reference job ID# Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Ability to handle Correspondence Proficient in Documentation Knowledge of Insurance procedures in the Real Estate & Property industry If you're interested in this position, please apply to this position and contact Nick Mussman at nick.mussman - at - roberthalf - .com with your word resume and reference job ID# ­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
