The candidate should be an industry professional with a significant emphasis on being an expert in the Yardi software system.Role & Responsibility:

Provide expert knowledge and support for Yardi software system.

Manage data within Yardi software, including tenant information, rent rolls, and leasing data.

Coordinate and support property administrative tasks.

Effective communication and collaboration with different departments.

Provide reports and updates on property performance.

Participate in process improvement projects and new system implementations.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property administration.

Must be an expert in Yardi software. This includes, but is not limited to, Yardi setup, customization, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Hands-on experience in property management.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail orientated with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Knowledge of local and state housing regulations will be a plus.
