Position: Property Laborer
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help keep everything running smoothly
- Fill bird feeders
- Take out trash
- Keep work areas clean
- Walk the property to make sure things are organized, clean, and working properly
- Occasional special projects
Qualifications:
- Entry Level
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outside in all types of weather and on uneven terrain
- Reliable and respectful
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to great customer service
