Olivier's Butchery is a French Butcher Shop in the Dogpatch (San Francisco) and we are hiring a new Butcher Assistant.
You don't need to have experience in butchery or have an extensive knowledge of the meat world (BUT if you do, it's an enormous plus). We will provide all the necessary training.
All we need is someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, who loves to eat and is friendly.
Availability: Weekdays are open but you need to be available Saturday AND Sunday from 10am to 7pm.

Salary: Entry level starts at $20/hr.
