We are looking for a motivated, well organized person for our small office. The daily tasks include receieving tenants calls via phone only, responding to tenants repair and maintenance and communicating with maintenance stuff over the phone and followup, lots of data entry, strong text and email communication, some accounting and data preparation for tax, paper filling etc. The person must be very organized, motivated and wants to grow and not afraid of hard work.
The total weekly hours is 40 hours per week but we are flexible and accomodative to employee needs.
SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE:
Well organized and multi tasking.
motivated and self starter and attention to details
Strong telephone and email communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite, any experience with property Management will be an added skill.
Excellent spelling and grammar
Must have reliable transportation, current and valid driver's license.
