Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Process and Products

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience designing and implementing Supply Chain systems.

8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support)

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Experience building data governance and security products especially in the Cloud for data quality and compliance management.

Understanding of the data analytics and supply chain space.

Excellent problem-solving, people management, and communication skills, with a demonstrable bias towards action.

You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.With your technical expertise, you build business applications and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop a vision and ideas for new products by working cross-functionally with analysts to understand their needs, and demonstrating understanding of data systems and processes.

Design data-related products, and related processes, from the ground up and be accountable for both execution and direction for a portfolio of related products.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, software developers and user experience experts to reach the best possible version of features or products to bring to market.

Determine product satisfaction through customer support, focus groups and surveys and be accountable for the product success through change management.

Serve as the subject matter expert in data modeling, integration, systems, technology, architecture and practices applied to supply chain analytics.
