Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.Key job responsibilitiesThe Supply Chain Integration Manager will be responsible for managing new solutions to support our supply chain activity globally. The ideal candidate has experience launching and expanding new products/services and establishing supply chain capabilities in various regions. A successful candidate must have experience managing large scale initiatives, with multiple stakeholders. You thrive working in a high degree of ambiguity and managing competing priorities.

Develop new plans and a roadmap to deliver insights and drive decision-making

Work directly with internal partner teams and external providers to develop processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operations

Build the structural operations required to conduct returns business globally, and ensure we operate in compliance with local rules and regulations

Engage with other stakeholders and impacted teams to form technical and functional documentation for processes

Manage relationships, coordinate, and drive projects across all relevant cross-functional teams to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute testing/validation initiatives aligned to team timelines.

Comfortably transition between big picture, strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution

Support regular business reviews with senior leadership and operational teams to audit performance against key metrics and team goals

Role requires up to 30% international travel to support regional launches

Attention to detail is paramount as you will be balancing multiple priorities and coordinating across multiple teams and levels of leadership.About the teamAmazon Devices Reverse Logistics is a standalone operations organization supporting all facets of operations, including engineering, supply chain, forecast/planning, and operations management. We support customer warranty, returns, screening, grading, repair, refurbishment, and recycling for all Amazon, Ring, Blink, and Kuiper consumer hardware globally. Our support across all product categories allows us to work autonomously to provide the most cost-effective customer experience for product returns and warranty services. 5+ years of supply chain experience

5+ years of program or project management experience

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Travel up to 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field

3+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience

3+ years of negotiations/cost savings, supplier excellence, and risk mitigation experience

3+ years of regulatory and risk management experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
