Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience in warehousing, warehouse management systems, data analytics, and data insights.
Experience in Supply Chain Logistics.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information System, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and key performance indicator's.
Ability to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Collect, clean, and structure logistics and supply chain data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Define, track, and analyze critical supply chain metrics (i.e., on-time delivery, inventory levels, transportation costs, demand forecast accuracy), identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct in-depth analysis to pinpoint the root causes of supply chain inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or cost drivers.
Develop models to enhance demand forecasting, optimize inventory allocation, improve route planning, or streamline other supply chain processes.
Partner with teams across logistics, procurement, sales, and operations to understand their data needs and drive data-informed decision-making.
