Description Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with a passion for driving excellence in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects? Our client is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team for an 9-month contract as a Quality Assurance Manager for Workday Implementation. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead and coordinate testing efforts for Workday HCM projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality. This Quality Assurance Manager position is hybrid with the office located near Kifer Rd and Bowers Ave, in Sunnyvale, CA. If you possess a strong background in Workday systems, along with expertise in test strategy, regression testing, and UAT, we invite you to apply.Responsibilities:
Test approvals and sign-offs.
Coordination of regression testing for impacted systems.
Development of overall test strategy and plan.
Coordination of test phases with various stakeholders.
Management of testing resources and logistics.
Driving all test phases and reporting on test status throughout various test cycles.
Coordinating issue resolution and tracking to resolution.
Ensuring all quality standards are met during testing.
Obtaining UAT Integration Test sign-offs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience leading at least one end-to-end Workday HCM implementation project.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant Workday HCM experience.
Leadership in Workday HCM projects for testing for at least 2 years.
Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certified is desirable.
Working knowledge of test management tools such as qTest or ALM to extract test status reports for test cases and defects.
Technical and functional proficiency is required.
