Ensure that a company-wide regulatory compliance program is ongoing in accordance with company policies, standards of clinical care that meet state/federal regulations to promote excellence in care and quality of life for each resident.

Provide oversight and guidance to staff in all facilities which includes teaching, training, and application of compliance skills necessary to enhance our resident care and outcomes.

What you Need to make a Difference

Schedule company-wide Quality Performance surveys based on program requirements with segment teams.

Analyze toolbox data, including facilities past performance surveys and quality indicator reports.

Train facilities, peers, as well as segment team members regarding the Quality Performance survey process.

Participate in the Quality Performance survey process and conduct independent surveys, as requested or required.

Contribute and participate in each exit for the Quality Performance survey process and assist the survey team/team leader in compiling streamlined report.

Assist each facility’s clinical specialist in formulating a plan of correction based on survey results, as requested.

Proactively act as a liaison between the compliance, operational clinical division, as well as each facility and Home Office.
