The Senior Manager of Participant Engagement Marketing is a key role responsible for driving the development and execution of impactful B2C local marketing materials and campaigns. As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging our retirement plan participants to make informed financial decisions and inspiring positive actions and outcomes. By utilizing traditional methods as well as marketing automation, this job aims to execute campaign deliverables that drive better retirement outcomes for participants. This role is best suited for a strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building new opportunities, creating structure from ambiguity, and can partner with multiple stakeholders to drive action.Key Responsibilities and Duties

In partnership with Martech, co-manage the end-to-end development of a through channel marketing automation platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Collaborate with content creators, strategists, and client facing teams to develop templated content for local distribution via self-service platform. Design and implement processes for creating and executing custom campaigns within the platform.

Oversee measurement and optimization of campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Provide training access and ongoing support to internal teams on platform usage and best practices.

Manage other B2C deliverables, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, removing roadblocks, managing compliance and legal review processes, and facilitating the hand-off between teams for execution.

Collaborate cross-functionally with line of business marketing partners, brand and client facing teams to ensure that local marketing content evolves to meet the needs of participants throughout their financial journey.

3 years of marketing in financial services with strong B2C experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in the financial services, retirement planning, or related industries.

Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement, consideration, and positive actions in a metrics driven environment.

Expertise in utilizing marketing technology stacks, including content management systems, marketing automation, analytics tools, and customer relationship management platforms.

A demonstrated track record in B2B2C or B2C marketing

Thorough understanding of retirement planning, financial products, and industry trends.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and engaging manner.

Test and learn mindset with a proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to refine content strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Customer focused and results-driven
