Sales Controlling - Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Sales Controlling team for a highly visible position within our Electrified Motion (EM) division. The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent critical business thinker, highly analytical, process improvement oriented, and demonstrates the drive, people skills and business partner ability to deliver results within a very dynamic business. Will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team in optimizing sales strategies and performance for the division in North America. This role involves leveraging advanced financial systems and IT tools for gathering and interpreting sales data, developing financial models, and generating insights that will drive informed decision-making and improve our business performance.Key Responsibilities:Sales Reporting and Forecasting: generate, analyze, report and present regional revenue figures, ensuring alignment with business strategy, accuracy and timeliness for process such as MBR, CF and BP. Steering of sales targets, measures and identification of chances and risks, ensuring they are properly communicated and integrated in EM reporting.Business Consultant: monitor and communicate development of key sales metrics such as revenue, volume, PCR and BIG5 compensation, special sales, claims/repricing activities, DSO and accounts receivables. Provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators to the leadership, driving informed decision-making.Price planning: partnering with sales teams to drive accurate price analysis, planning and tracking for sales to third parties. Responsible for accurate calculation, tracking and system maintenance of Transfer Prices for internal sales.Volume planning: collaborate with logistics, sales and manufacturing plant teams to develop accurate and timely product volume planning and tracking, content driven and based on market trends and business strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: strong interface with sales, controlling and business units across different locations to ensure alignment on sales related development and goals, reporting requirements, and performance metrics.Ad-hoc Analysis: prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed to support senior management and sales leadership in decision-making.Process Improvement: the position will have a high focus on Continuous Improvement Process, mainly focused on Digitalization and Automation developments. Identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to streamline and improve reporting and sales controlling processes, enhancing efficiency and data quality. Ensure that sales reporting tools, dashboards, and databases are accurate, optimized for performance and meet business needs.

  • Security Operation Center (SOC) Tier 1 Analyst The Security Operations Center is responsible for providing 24/7, 365 monitoring, detection, and response capabilities for Comerica. This includes event, cloud security, and DLP monitoring, as well as a role in the incident response process. The Tier 1 SOC analyst primarily serves as the initial triage and investigation point for the SOC and would escalate incidents on an as needed basis. The Tier 1 Security Operation Center (SOC) Analyst is responsible for proactively monitoring and performing initial triage/investigation of security incidents and alerts to identify any malicious activity. Besides the initial triage and investigation, Tier 1 Analysts are expected to escalate security incidents according to defined escalation policies to Tier 2, Tier 3, and SOC leadership for further investigation/response. Position Responsibilities: SOC Analysis Monitor security incidents for, endpoints, network, and cloud domains, being generated by the SIEM tool and ticketing system. Initial triage and investigation of incidents assigned through the ticketing system, following established playbooks for specific incident types. Respond, mitigate, and eradicate security threats, with guidance from Tier 2, Tier 3 analysts, as well as SOC leadership. Documentation and Support Provide consistent and quality documentation of actions taken to triage/investigate incidents. Assist senior staff in development of documentation/knowledge management articles for the SOC. Handle sensitive information in accordance with the Corporate Information Protection Policy.   • Security Operations Center (SOC) Tier 2 Analyst The Security Operations Center is responsible for providing 24/7, 365 monitoring, detection, and response capabilities for Comerica. This includes event, cloud security, and DLP monitoring, as well as a role in the incident response process. The Tier 2 SOC Analyst serves as an escalation point for Tier 1 within the SOC and provides investigation support for incidents to mitigate threats. The Tier 2 Security Operation Center (SOC) Analyst is responsible for providing monitoring support for cybersecurity systems as well as conducting investigations into and escalating alerts as required for malicious activity. The analyst is expected to review, investigate, and classify the appropriate response for all security incidents that have been assigned / escalated to them via Tier 1 support. Position Responsibilities: SOC Analysis Perform in-depth alert investigation across malware, phishing, cloud access security brokers (CASB), network, and configuration compliance domains. Respond to and mitigate security incidents based on defined process and procedures to contain and eradicate threats. Resolve or escalate investigation according to defined Service Level Agreements / Expectations / Objectives. Perform sampled reviews of investigated incidents by junior analysts to improve ticket quality and providing feedback to coach junior resources. Documentation and Support Assist with the development of playbooks and processes for day-to-day SOC operations. Collaborate with other Engineering and Operations teams to troubleshoot, respond, and improve detection capabilities.
