Assists the Director of Tracks and Electives with administrative needs and coordination.
Assist faculty and course directors with their planning and execution of curricular activities including labs and lectures, this may include curricular content creation and support such as PowerPoint, edits, etc.
Assist the director in developing, promoting, and coordinating community based educational opportunities and events for tracks students by interfacing with leaders in the community.
Assist in the creation of course modules and materials for track and elective sessions.
Coordinate, schedule, and arrange for payment of guest lecturers.
Assist faculty in organizing work-related travel and reimbursement requests related to activities within tracks and electives.
Serve as the support staff and record keeper to assigned committees including scheduling, attending, and taking minutes.
Provide individualized student support.
Performs general office support duties including maintaining electronic and paper files, answering phones, completing reports, creating correspondence, prooing, maintaining office equipment, and overall departmental organization.
Work with Center of Testing to Develop Testing Rubrics.
Assist Department of Preclinical Education with Systems courses as needed.
Help build a culture that respects, values, and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Tracks and Electives or their designee.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in an administrative support role or in similar roles performing support functions and detail-oriented tasks.
Experience working in various software programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certificates or college degree (associates or other advanced degree).
Advanced level of computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Professional background or experience in education.
Knowledge of scientific and medical terminology.
