DescriptionThis role is remote and we are currently offering work from the following states: AK, CA, MT, WA, OR and or TX.The Supervisor will possess a combination of technical, clinical and business skill sets. The Supervisor is accountable for the assessment, identification, consultation and coordination of enterprise-wide needs as it pertains to Clinical Informatics functions. The supervisor is also accountable for coordinating the team and its support needs as it relates to business operations, as well as the utilization of clinical information systems. The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities of his/her direct reports, and compliments the vision and direction in place by the department manager for extended support in the department's optimization, operations and deployment pillars. Assists with supervision of retail and/or production activities to ensure that goals are met in production and sales. Ensure that policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices Goodwill sites are subject to changing and unpredictable circumstances, especially regarding the ebb and flow of donations and the need to efficiently move a significant volume of goods through the processing and retail store system.
