Trains on and learns LV8 to support LES and MES through the DigitEYES initiative.

Identifies on-going quality issues, prevents potential production issues, and makes suggestions for improvement.

Uses various measuring devices, testing equipment, predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to accept or reject products.

Performs routine analysis of raw materials, finished goods, products, packaging components, complaints, investigations per schedule and per standards/SOPs with a focus on particulates.

Collects, calculates, and interprets test results.

Enters and reports test results.

Takes ownership and executes revisions for SOPs and ATP's related to testing programs, laboratory operations and/or equipment operation.

Performs investigative testing to support laboratory investigations.

Conducts peer review of data collected by co-workers.

Trains analysts on internal procedures and test methods.

GDP GMP Documentation review, and corrections.

Operating and basic troubleshooting instrumentation

Knowledge of LIMS, TrackWise, Metasys.
