The primary focus is working with various nVent employees on payable invoices and resolutions.

Focus on working with respective received not vouchered report(s).

Understand internal technology and become lead for the ERP system and OCR application Esker for the respective business.

Detail-oriented ensuring proper approvals follow DOA and SOX controls are followed.

Analytical skill set to work with our vendors to reconcile and resolve outstanding invoice issues.

Process AP invoices as needed to assist the team during critical business needs.

Professional written and oral communication and ability to articulate to vendors and business on resolution of transaction/accounts.

Create and generate ACH payments, checks, and domestic and international wires. Work with banks on positive pay file issues and/or wire banking issues.

Calculate use tax where appropriate within local laws

Communicate effectively with vendors, co-workers, other internal departments and management.

Ability to multi-task and enjoy a variety of duties in fast-paced environment.

Ability to take initiative and use experience in AP to assist in decision-making skills.

YOU HAVE:

High School Diploma required. College accounting coursework preferred.

3+ years’ experience with high volume Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Previous experience working and communicating with Vendors on statement issues.

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
