Full time opportunity in a popular Gig Harbor breakfast/lunch spot.
Seeking experienced BOH baker/prep cook in a scratch kitchen. We are able to train specific tasks, but being comfortable in the kitchen a must.
Must be able to multi-task and follow a list of daily tasks, follow recipes, be comfortable with early mornings, and communicate with management and FOH team as needed. All team members are trained in all aspects of the restaurant and share in responsibilities, but we are looking for someone to focus on mainly kitchen duties at this time.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up kitchen
Making and Baking dough
Cutting vegetables
Slicing deli meats
Making dressings
Dishes
Breakdown/clean-up
Etc. as needed.
Hourly wage $17 + tip share (equal split between FOH + BOH staff)
Set schedules + option to pick up extra shifts as needed

Must be 18+
