Description Robert Half is partnering with an exciting organization to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk for a San Diego-based organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to our dynamic team and grow within a supportive work environment.
Support the Accounts Receivable Manager in day-to-day tasks
Handle billing, invoicing, and data entry accurately and efficiently
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies
Assist in the collection process to ensure timely payments
Maintain organized records of financial transactions
Requirements
Strong customer service skills
Interest in expanding accounts receivable experience
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Ability to work on-site in San Diego
Available to start immediately
