Executive Assistant

Description On behalf of our client in the technology industry, we are seeking a highly organized, competent, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one with a top-level executive and will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing daily calendars.Key Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for the executive, managing phone and email inquiries.

Plan, organize, and manage complex calendar schedules.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

Arrange corporate events, meetings and appointments and provide reminders.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and English proficiency.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.

Degree in Business Administration or related field.
