Description Our client, an esteemed Construction Company, is seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and dedicated Executive Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the executive team, manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and participate in special projects, among other tasks. This position plays a crucial role in the management of the executive office and requires a professional with impeccable job commitment.Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

Coordinate executive communications, including calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.

Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

Arrange travel and accommodations, compile itineraries, and manage expense reports.

Assist with daily tasks and special projects as required and ensure their completion within a stipulated time.

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within a construction environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge of the construction industry will be a significant advantage.

  • SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONThe Pet Care Assistant works with the veterinary medical team to provide and prepare for the best medical care of pets and help to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hospital.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team. Prepare the treatment room for examination of pets and all necessary medical item and supplies Serve as support to the Client Services Coordinator, Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Technician. Hold or restrain pets during examination, treatment, or inoculation. Prepare routine in-house laboratory tests (e.g. canine heartworm, feline leukemia, FIV, and canineparvovirus) as allowed by state rules and regulations. Monitor the comfort of hospitalized patients.   • This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour EVENING shift schedule located at our Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas.
